The set is to appreciate the resources and strategies used by two discursive alliances existent in the conflict to legitimize their position in the policy-making scope in the process of release of transgenics. The work examined statements and arguments that permeated the dig on the issue in the country at ill-sorted propagation and used the case involving the release of RR soy as a reference for the analysis.
